Delivery :
Shipping costs are those of the French post office and are calculated according to the weight of the ordered articles.
France only : The deliveries are carried out by the Post office in Distingo Suivi or Collisimo Suivi (according to the size and the weight of the order). The customer can thus follow his parcel on the site of the Post office using the number of follow-up which will be provided to him.
In the event of damage during transport, customer must formulate a dispute justified near the conveyor now or within two day as from the date of reception of the goods. If, after investigation by the conveyor, conveyor don't want to payback customer, Palatena will payback to you articles price without shipping costs
Table of shipping/packing costs :
from 0 to 100g : 2,50 euros
from 101 to 500g : 5,50 euros
from 501g to 1Kg : 6,50 euros
from 1Kg to 2Kg : 7,50 euros
Delivery time : Orders will not ship until we receive payment. The delivery periods will be from 2 to 7 days (from France to France), following the type of sending and the destination, after payment reception. Palatena cannot be responsible for the delays emmanants mail service (strikes, various problems of routing...).
Guarantee "Satisfied or Refunded" (for France only) : We guarantee the "Satisfied or Refunded" label. If with the reception of your order, you were not entirely satisfied by certain articles, you have a 7 days deadline, as from the day of reception of the goods for us to turn over them, in their packing of origins and in a state of origin. The return and going, transport charges remain with the load of the customer and the articles will be refunded to him by cheque under 10 days after reception of the returned package. |
